
All services are scheduled based on availability and are considered requests until confirmed by our team.
Invoices are sent prior to the start of services, and payment is required at least 72 hours in advance to secure your booking. Same-day or next-day requests must be paid promptly upon receipt of the invoice.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a partial refund. Holiday bookings require additional notice for cancellation.
Appointment times are scheduled within general time windows. Specific time requests may be accommodated for an additional fee. Visit times may vary slightly based on scheduling and unforeseen circumstances.
For the comfort and safety of your pet, we follow a low-stress handling approach. Services may be modified or discontinued if a pet is not comfortable or safe to handle.
Additional fees may apply for multiple pets, specialized care, or extended visit time.
